Inspection Fee

For Television under 26", Video, DVD, Satellite, Portable Minidisc, General Audio and Microwave repiars, no estimate will be given for repairs under £65.00. A £30.00 inspection charge will be incuured.

For Analogue camcorders, Televisions under 32", Home Theatre kits, D.A.T. and deck Minidisc, no estimate will be given for repairs under £100.00. A £45.00 inspection charge will be incurred.

For Digital products and High End products (i.e.: Projection Screen Televisions, Laser disc players, Video printers, Televisions over 32" screen size, etc.....), no estimate will be given for repairs under£150.00. A £65.00 inspection charge will be incurred. (NB: A higher estimate charge may be incurred if a product is sent back to the manufacture for assessment, this will be explained on an individual basis).

Call Out Charges

A call out charge of £10.00 will be levied for televisions 25" & below and portable equipment, £20.00 for televisions 26" to 29" and £40.00 for Televisions 30" to 32" screen. Projection televisions and Televisions over 32", will be calculated on an individual basis. (This charge is on top of the inspection fee).

Warranty Period

ICTV will provide a three month repair warranty from the date of collection or delivery. We guarantee all new parts fitted and any work carried out by ICTV, but we don't cover the whole unit against further or unrelated failures. ICTV will endeavour to complete the repairas soon as possible, but we don't guarantee a completion date.

Non Refundable Deposits

The appopriate inspection charge will be taken as a non refundable deposit, at the time of booking in or collection of the unit. This deposit will go towards a completed repair charge or pay for the inspection charge.

Other Information

Units left with ICTV for a period of over three months will be disposed of to recover storage charges.
